For example our surgeon Dr. Gerald Kaiser began placing implants at the very beginning of the dental implant era. His experience is truly world class. Because of this experience we have firsthand knowledge of what works but more importantly what doesn't.

For example, the other implant centers point to the 3D cone beam as evidence of their advanced technology; nice, but hardly groundbreaking. The short answer is because we are one of the two or three centers in the country and the only one in Arizona that has combined the surgical, prosthetic, digital design and milling all under one roof. We take digital records to accurately capture the relationship between the upper and lower jaws. This takes approximately one hour of your time.

Total Freedom Dental took me as a patient after I went through a very traumatic dental experience elsewhere. They have been amazing with helping me through it and making a plan to fix the mistakes that were made by my previous dentist. Very friendly and accommodating place. I went to see my dentist when I broke a front tooth. She told me that it couldn't be saved and that an implant was my best choice. She called Total Freedom Dental Implant Center and they were able to see me immediately. One hour later my implant was done. It turned out to be very tricky to do since my bone was so thin. Dr. Kaiser was extremely careful to extract the root and place the implant saving me a lot of healing time before I can get my permanent crown.
