Owned and operated by the third generation of Manderfield's, we take great pride in a tradition that began over 85 years ago.
Open in 1996, our smallest and oldest Manderfield's Home Bakery location is now the home of our artisan bread ovens. This is the coziest store, but has the same goodies as the others. In 2018, we welcomed Andy Brown, great Grandson to Frank Manderfield, who now bakes all of our Artisan breads and manages this intimate location.
Let our family treat yours with this wonderful selection of danish, muffins, and other pastries, fresh out of the oven, every morning! Handcrafted pastries with layers of dough and butter folded over many times to create a delicious morning treat. Soft and sweet and swirled with ground cinnamon, these are truly a customer favorite with its vanilla icing, cream cheese icing, glaze, and butter swirl.
Baked every morning as the sun rises by our expert bread master in his custom-built stone deck oven. Containing only natural ingredients, like non-bleached wheat flour, water, yeast, and salt, these breads have a crisp, chewy crust and a hearty inside full of that old-world flavor. Available on Thursday and Saturday, this bread is a popular request for the health-conscious.
We've got the best buns in town. From traditional soft buns to artisan inspired rolls, your sandwich is only as good as its bun! Manderfield's Home Bakery is proud to provide the bun and bread products for over 40 area eateries at wholesale prices, many of which are custom made to meet specific guidelines.

Their products are very dry. Better than grocery store bakery, but not by much, and their pies are a very weak point, worse than grocery bakery. Very disappointed in their $15 chocolate cream cake; tasteless. There is not much competition in the area, so I guess they are content with what they sell.
Update January 2022: prices are up, I get that, who hasn't had to increase prices. But quality is way down. I repeatedly get product that is not fresh, that is dried out. Maybe it's just this location, but I'm done with manderfields for now, at least the menasha store.

I consider myself very fortunate to live not far from this amazing bakery! They offer a wide assortment of specialty breads, cakes, pies, rolls, yummy pastries, doughnuts, cookies....the list goes on and on! Please do not expect a huge store, but one rather cozy in it's size. Don't be fooled....what they offer is delicious at very reasonable prices.

Their donuts are so real and so good, you realize selling fake donuts in grocery stores should be a crime.
1$ for a specialty donut = win
This is the BEST bakery I have ever been to.
This is one of those places you keep coming back to, just so you can try one of everything they have!
They deserve every bit of 5 stars. If someone gave a lesser review, they had a fluke experience.
Here's what's left of the raspberry cordial cake. It was deliciously delicious! 20$ for the cake and hand-made. Thank you :)

I recently got married and bought my wedding cupcakes and small cutting cake from Manderfields. I sent them a picture from Pinterest on what I wanted our cutting cake to look like and they made it just as pictured! I was very impressed with the look of the cake and cupcakes. I've gotten many compliments since the wedding about how tasty the cupcakes were. I would highly recommend going through Manderfields for any wedding treats! 😊
