I have lived with severe scoliosis for more than four decades, so finding "the right" pillow has been a lifetime pursuit of mine. Over the years, I've purchased numerous orthopedic and cervical neck. I want to thank Chip and staff at European Sleep Design. The controller for my ROWA bed went crazy. I bought it almost 10 years ago at ESD. Chip sent out these sweet young men who replaced the battery, and when that failed to solve the problem, returned the next day with a new controller. Which works. This is exemplary customer service and I am grateful.

We LOVE our bed, quality of sleep and comfort is the best I can imagine. We have a king with each side a different mattress with our preferred firmness, nighttime reverie 9T adjustable platform. We had a part malfunction on the bed, I called European Sleep Design and they quickly scheduled and sent over Tyler and Dan who were pleasant, courteous, and thorough. They figured out the problem and replaced the parts quickly, perfect repair and service experience (thanks for wearing masks also). 100% would buy from European Sleep Design again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these mattresses and adjustable slatted foundations. WAY better than run of the mill old mattresses and box springs. These beds are all over Europe. Most comfortable ever. Foundation can b adjusted to your liking and changes in sleep. And staff is awesome. Even during this crazy time of covid, Jill got back to my call the very next day. A human. We purchased the entire ESD system about three years ago-- mattress, pillows, m&p covers, topper, and flexible slat foundation. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Besides comfort, there's zero movement transfer and it was also important to us that the materials are all natural, no chemicals or off-gassing. There is no pressure on any part of my body (such as hips) with this bedding. We sleep so well with this bedding!

I had the pleasure of visiting ESD in Folsom a couple weeks ago to look into their line of products and experience comfort tailored specifically for me. Despite arriving near to closing time, I was greeted by the extremely kind, knowledgeable staff and was treated with the utmost in customer service. After finding a bed similar to the one I currently sleep on, the staff fit me for a new Oxygen pillow. Now, after 2 weeks of sleeping on this pillow, I can definitely say that it is a game changer. I tried sleeping with my old pillow for a night and couldn't even make it all the way through

Lucky for me, this store was the final stop for my mattress odyssey, that began when I realized that my old mattress was aggravating some physical issues. My quest to find a mattress had two key factors--it could not off-gas chemical smells or other toxins, and it had to be very comfortable for some existing physical issues that have been the subject of multiple surgeries. I've waited nine months to post my review. As a repeat customer who had an exceptional buying experience with ESD, I wanted to be sure that my recent purchase matched the same quality I had with my first bed which was bought more than 13 years ago.
I also wanted ample time and experience with the mattress and electronic bed frame. I've never owned this type of bed.
I am extremely happy beyond all my expectations. This bed has improved my health- not just my sleep. I struggle with back and hip pain which often wakes me up during the night. Good sleep is integral to managing my pain

Chip and Jill are fantastic! I bought my adjustable bed seven years ago. Throughout this time they have helped me with my various issues. I have MS and some back issues and trying to get the right mattress has been a challenge. They went above and beyond to help me several years into owning my bed. My remote stopped working just this year and they helped me with that as well so I didn't have to spend a lot of money. Highly recommend.

Heard about this place through Capitol Public Radio. Loved that it was a "boutique" feel; I get really overwhelmed by huge showrooms, and quickly lose interest, but the experience here was very focused and direct- didn't feel like I was wasting my time on trying out way too many mattresses, and the salesperson was professional and not pushy in ANY way. Was able to hone in on what we wanted, and a few weeks later, our mattress arrived. We were very impressed with Caitlyn, the service representative. My wife spent 2.5 hours with her on day one. The following day, with me in tow, we spent another 2 hours with her.
Caitlyn was very knowledgeable about all products in the store. Her patience was incredible as she had to explain things multiple times to us. I am sure she has to do that all day long and still keeps a smile on her face.

My husband and I came across European Sleep Design as we were looking for a non toxic mattress due to our research on the toxic fire retardants used on mattresses as well as the toxins in the off gassing from major memory foam mattress brands.

I wanted an all natural mattress and after some googling I came across European sleep design. Dayna and I waltzed in not knowing what to expect. We were expertly guided with our knowledgeable bedperson Stephanie. As a physical therapist I know how important a supportive bed is. This place is pathetic. Small shop in a run down strip mall with unsavory characters in the parking lot. DESPERATE sales people who pretend to have acquaintances in common with you. (Once I caught on I altered key details and the tragic salesgirl just kept on following along lmao) Anything to try and close that deal! And for a mattress that starts at 3k they don't deliver for free. Hahahahaha. Also no returns. They do a one time swap out of the internal parts to get it right. Uh huh. PASS

What a great experience! Our salesman Kyle was extremely knowledable, patient and met our needs 100%. We walked away feeling like we made one fantastic investment in our sleep and comfort.

This place is very special; unique, thoughtfully crafted products and the most knowledgeable staff. Kyle is just such a pleasure to work with, and he will invest the time with you to make sure you find the perfect sleep solution. They have several payment plans so it's not a massive investment up front. The showroom is very nice, clean, and well designed.

This is a great place to buy a bed! Both mattress quality, and the sales personnel, are far superior to local corporate stores. These beds are made here in CA from high-quality, natural materials. And the mattress can be unzipped to show you what's inside!
The sales people were very knowledgeable and were a huge help in selecting the right mattress. After visiting several of the local "big box" mattress stores, we were very impressed with European Sleep Design, and we purchased a fantastic bed.

In these days of big chains with inconsistent service and toxic products, we are very happy with ESD. Their products don't contain all the chemicals that you find elsewhere. There's no out gassing of harmful fumes laden with chemicals that aren't good for you. Their products are all natural and their furniture line is made in America.

I'm so glad that we found European Sleep Design! My husband was very skeptical about spending 2000+ on a mattress, but he is a believer now. We got the Mediterranean XP with adjustable slats, mattress protector and oxygen pillow and pillow protector. Every single thing has been worth all the $$ and more. I'm 7 months pregnant and sleep better than I have in years. They gave me a free pregnancy wedge when we came in the first time and it has been awesome! We've had our mattress system for about a month and I'm so thankful for it every night!
