First I want to start off by saying the staff is beyond courteous and polite to all customers. With that said Phil's Pills is a no nonsense pharmacy when it comes to filling a narcotic Rx's. Not one time has the owner or any other employee made me feel uncomfortable or judged when filling my Rx's. So if you are being reasonable with them they will be reasonable right back to you. Also they have always had all my family's Rxs in stock and if not they get that medicine back in stock by the next day. I also found out today that they have a compounding lab on site to compound Rx Medicines and also

When things go right, it's great. When something goes wrong with our insurance company, though, we feel completely left alone to fend for ourselves. The people at Phil's Pills pretty much shrug and say they don't know why but that our insurance says to charge this much, or the computer says we don't have coverage.

Got the second civid shot ! MODERNA Why would you give a shot and right after poking someone say oops! And then tell the person that they are going to be sick after getting this shot! WHAT Was in THAT SHOT? DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD OBVIOUSLY!

Got my 1st Covid vaccine,Moderna, and it was a super experience. Safe practices, only 2 people waiting for a shot. Love this place.

This place is great, they have lots of supplies on the shelves that you can't find at the big name brand pharmacies.

I went this morning, for a new prescription, the 4 people working were not very friendly. One finally did ask me, if I needed anything. Also one said, 'We'll be right with you." It didn't bother me, as the day was good.. I was unimpressed, but okay. Finally it was lunchtime, no prescription. I headed home. Oh finally after 5pm, the text came to let me know my script is ready.

They deliver Rxs and have reasonable prices. The phone is answered by a live person. What more could one ask for?

Best pharmacy in Albuquerque! It makes me question why other pharmacys take 15-20 minutes to fill prescriptions because Phil's takes no more than 5 minutes. They've filled prescriptions in 2-3 minutes for me, which is so quick that several people who've gone with me assumed that I'd only dropped off the prescription and had a hard time believing they'd already filled it. Additionally if they don't have a prescription in stock they get it quickly (usually within a day) and because I live so far away from the pharmacy they will mail it to me, which saves me a lot of trouble and I can get the prescription

I have been using Phil's Pharmacy for many years and have only positive things to say about them. They are helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. i support local businesses whenever possible because i want there to continue to be choices, and the money stays in the community. There are no long lines, and the service is personal and professional. I highly recommend them.

They have the best customer service When it comes to keeping your meds on time. The staff goes the extra mile for the clients and keep them smiling all the way out the door Awesome place to get your meds and medical supplies .

I love the customer service that Phil's Pills provides! The entire staff demonstrates strong professional service and personal commitment to each and every customer. I can't imagine using any other pharmacy for my prescription needs.

Phil's Pill's has, by far, the best customer service. They are always friendly and extremely helpful. They have went out of their way on several occasions to ensure that my mother's medications were available and also covered by her insurance. :)

I like supporting local businesses, however, when the staff is as rude as Jackie I care not to return. I planned on using this pharmacy for product in my new medical spa. After the treatment I received from Miss Jackie, I plan to take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and from a business woman like myself she conducted herself in a very low class and rude demeanor. Will not be returning as long as she works there and I will forewarn all my clients and personal friends to steer clear as well.

They are great. Cheaper than all the other pharmacies for my meds, quick, professional. Awesome. Best pharmacy in town.

By far the best pharmacy. They never make you wait, they fill it right away. They always go the extra mile, and go out of their way to learn your name. Great service, extremely flexible!
