Would just like to say a big thank you to Lydia for helping me to get my credit scores up and for helping me to get most of my bills transferred to RRCU. she was kind enough to assist me in getting a debt reconciliation loan so that I was able to close the book on a bad divorce situation and get all of the bills paid off and just have one bill to pay. I have been banking River Region for years and they are like working with family which means a lot to me. They have and will keep my business because they know my name and do their job VERY well. I love when Alyssa Large is at the window...I literally have no idea how she does my deposits and sends out the receipt so fast...it's like she already has it done before I give it to her. I just started banking with River Region Credit Union after having been with a small town bank my whole life. I have had a great experience. I was able to refinance my car with a lower interest rate AND lower monthly payments as well as being able to have a banking app for the first time which is super convenient. The staff is helpful, friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Alyssa belped us when our account was hacked.. she went above and beyond to assist us, so much so she personally made phone calls to the places where the credit card had been used.! Everything was taken care of and cleared up!! I would recommend this bank to ALL my friends!!

I love going to river region credit union. I really love the east branch in Jefferson city because of Kaitlyn and Alyssa. they are the best. they always give me great service and are always willing to help me with whatever I need. I can't wait to go back. I always go at least once a week to get some cash. keep up the good work.

I've been with RRCU for almost a year now, and I think they're great! They financed my car at a decent rate, and they also helped me with a debt consolidation loan. They've been able to answer all my questions, and even sat down with me to help me set up my online banking. The online banking can be a little clunky, but their app is fantastic. They're a decent bank, I definitely recommend them!

I've been with River region for almost 3 years now! They were the only ones willing to finance me when I really needed it but now after three years I'm in need of a second vehicle and because I've had a late payment twice in three years they refuse to finance me! Absolutely horrible company with no compassion I can't wait to be rid of them!
