In order to make the transition to our office smoother for you, we have created a Patient Center with everything you need to get started. We want your visit to be as stress-free as possible. At Karns Vision, our staff is friendly and professional. Our commitment is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients. We are in-network with most all major medical and vision insurance companies. Due to insurance companies constantly changing, the following list is not the only insurances accepted at Karns Vision. If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, please call our office. Karns Vision is dedicated to providing our patients with the best eye care services.
Payment is due for all services at the time of service unless arrangement are made prior to treatment. We do not offer any payment plans other than Care Credit. If you have in-network insurance, your benefits will be checked before your appointment day. This will allow us to access your estimated benefits, copayments, and deductibles.

Dr. Shane and the entire team were great with my 92-year old mother. They are friendly, conversational and make you feel like you’ve been friends for a long time. From the first phone call to set up the appointment, they eye exam, and picking out glasses, the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Karns Vision Center.

The staff always welcomes us, is very efficient and helpful. The doctor explained all the pre-tests at the machines and made my son comfortable knowing what and why. We were impressed with the state of the art diagnostic equipment and instant results. Totally first class. The exam room is calming and the doctor answered our concerns and gave us the full results at the end. We had options and information to make the best decisions.

I appreciate how clean & organized everything was. All the staff were nice, and I appreciate that they all wore masks when we had less than 6 foot between us (especially during the flu season!). I was amazed by the technology they had and impressed with how it made everything streamlined. I was sort of worried about the bill at the end bc some places charge a lot for that digital picture of the retina and its not always covered by insurance so I was surprised when it wasn’t an extra charge and the bill was mostly additional optional features on my glasses that I wanted. I will definitely be back

Shane is the best in the business. My son went to a chain type to get a prescription before I knew what he was doing. After buying contacts and new glasses, he found his vision was worse! Shane was able to correct his prescription, and at a lower price! Not sure how one could trust your eyesight to a more professional team than at Karns Vision Center!

It was my first appointment at Karns. Everyone was friendly, professional and thorough. I was at ease throughout my visit with them. Jake walked me through the initial measurements. He welcomed me in for the various eye measurements, was precise with his instructions, and patient. Dr. Presson was superb! My husband as well as myself lost our eye glasses in our house fire on April 22nd. I called Karns Vision Center and told them about what happened. I just want to thank Michelle who was so patient on the phone with me about 30 mins ago. She gave me the best news ever. First I found out I’m about to take one of my twins. The shocker was I can take my daughter who has had Strabismus since 2 years old now 10. Her eye doctor retired and I’ve always had to go to children’s hospital for their eyes. She was so patient and took so much time with me explaining my daughter can come there too!!!!! Thank you so much and you have no idea how great my day is now!!!!
