Please note that we require a lead time of 14 days from the event, with final contracts in place 10 days prior to host an event at Hutch's at this time.

There’s a reason this restaurant is so well-liked locally. Honestly probably the best dining experience in Buffalo. Place is amazing. Food, service and ambience was just perfect.

Bacon appetizer melted in your mouth. Braised beef dinner was perfect. Chicken Milanese was delicious and good portion. Drinks hit the spot.

Drove over from Rochester the food was amazing .. service was awesome 👌 staff was incredible... just wished the shrimp lobster bisque was served this a rustic bread 🍞 stick.... Definitely will be returning

Went to dinner at Hutch’s for my sister’s 50th birthday. Our entrees and apps were very good. The mashed potatoes were amazing ! The serving assistant, Stephen, made our night. He was a breath of fresh air amongst some stuffiness….. My niece accidentally left her purse on the chair and Stephen ran outside to return it. We were very grateful. The atmosphere is nice and the dining room is beautiful but bring your wallet !

Hutch's is hands down the most romantic restaurant in the city. From the gorgeous brick bar to the beautiful ambiance, Hutch's is the gold standard for fine dining. The staff is attentive, classy and professional...the food is in a class all its own. The steaks and chops are from Allen brothers of Chicago and are superior in taste, texture and preparation. My friend ordered the pork chop which was on the specials menu...tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I had the halibut with a lemon caper butter sauce, topped with delicious scallops and roasted red potatoes. We ordered the fruit

After hearing about this place for over 15 years, we finally made it out for dinner! The place is gorgeous, and the food is to die for. I had a delicious swordfish with a crab and lobster salad on top of it. It was divine! The cocktails are nice and strong, and everything was so perfectly cooked and presented. The place wasn't too loud either, but not sure if that was because we were eating at 5 or if the tables are just spaced farther apart because of Covid. Either way, it was a lovely evening. Hutch's is great for an upmarket sit down diner in downtown Buffalo.

Started with a lobster and shrimp bisque. Good not great. Could have been served a bit warmer.

The halibut was perfectly sautéed in a butter caper sauce and topped with scallops (cooked to perfection, caramelized edges).

The Berkshire pork chop was juicy and tender.

I chose Hutch’s for my company’s holiday dinner because of its reputation, great food and services. We were there last night (Friday night at 6:30 pm). We had a party of 6, and our waiter was not attentive. We had to ask for bread. We had to ask for refills of water. We had to flag him down for service, and I watched him chit chat away at a table full of ladies. Our food took awhile, which is fine and I understand the shortage of staff and a busy restaurant. But in between he never really came to check on us. Once the food arrived, he checked on us once to see how the food was. The service

The food is delicious and the ambience is wonderful. It was our first time here and our server was very helpful. The dessert was something I have never tasted before.

My mom has the best taste in restaurants to celebrate her birthday at!

I had never been here before and was curious based on all the rave reviews. I will say they are definitely well-deserved!

Our server was very attentive and everyone who helped us was really great. Definitely top-notch there!

We didn't start with any appetizers but the bread service was great. There were three different types and the ones I tried were great. My brother and mom each got a salad which they both loved.

I opted for the yellow fin tuna special for my dinner, totally out of left field for me. I am so happy

Another wedding anniversary in the logbooks! Once again, the food was delicious. Since our last visit, they expanded the dining area and increased staff. We were so impressed! Our servers, and bussers were fantastic.

This has been our favorite restaurant by far for many years. My bride and I secured 8:30 reservations this past Saturday to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The food was impeccable. The service from Mike B. was outstanding! He's terrific.

However, it took one hour and forty-five minutes to get a salad and an appetizer. It then took over twenty more minutes to get our entrees.

Two hours for a meal.

The new decor is awesome, we will be back, of course, but waiting two hours for a meal is the reason for my two star rating this time.

This was one of the worst experiences we have had in a restaurant. The service was subpar, even though they were adequately staffed. It took 1 hour for us to be seated even though we had reservations, then another 1 1/2 hours to get our appetizers all of which were uncooked (salads and tartare). Then, it took another hour for our entrees to arrive. Overall, it took 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. The food itself was ok, nothing special and definitely not worth the price. We will never go back to this restaurant, as it fell short on every aspect in terms of quality.

A good friend of ours blessed my wife and I with a gift certificate to Hutch's. We had been meaning to go for quite some time as neither of us had dined here in the past. We recently visited and we were very well pleased. The food was great. The flavors, the seasonings and all around bringing everything together on the plate was excellent. The service was timely. The staff was of good energy and very professional yet balanced when it came to engaging. We will be back as the menu had multiple desirable entrees. Looking forward to it, thanks Hutch's!

Haven't been there since before their remodel. Went for a friend's birthday. Was so excited to go back. The service is always wonderful. Sat in the newer part. I can't believe that it's more than doubled in size now. Had a lot of their signature dishes still on their so was hard to choose something new. A few ppl ordered the jambalaya, and it is still as good as I remembered. People were arguing over taking home leftovers. I shared the eggplant caprese starter. My son and I took my wife here for Mother's Day. She came away thanking us for the best Mother's Day ever. My son and I had the Bison strip which was cooked a perfect medium rare and seasoned flawlessly. The dish was fantastic. My wife had the halibut and she couldn't say enough good things. I had an old fashioned, age had a lemon martini and both drinks were on point. Dessert was coffee toffee ice cream Sunday's and the almond lace cookie cup, all were excellent. The decor was upscale but tasteful and the service was excellent. Definitely a five star experience!

Last night was only my second time at Hutch's but my partner is a long time fan (of everything but their leopard print carpet ‍). Anthony was our waiter and we loved him but shout out to all the support staff - the hostess who indulged our seating preference (we were given a lovely private table but wanted to be where the action was), the "water girl" who complimented my dress and made me feel like a million bucks and the attentive staff who made sure to hit us up with all the rosemary faccacia we could handle - they have other bread but you don't want it, you want as rosemary

Went here on 3/14 with my friend, he said that's an unofficial holiday where you should eat steak or something.
The food was great, the service was excellent.

Got the meatball appetizer which they said the sauce had truffle in it. I was nervous, since some places go way overboard with truffle oil, but was happy with the way you could taste it, but it was not overpowering.

I got the strip, might try the rib-eye next time, my friend had the dry aged kc steak.

Can't go wrong with Hutch's! Great staff and food. Steak was perfect med-rare, great escargot, tasty fried oysters, and yummy desserts too (hello creme brûlée). Superb cocktail and wine list as well. They don't rush your meal at all which is nice for a special evening. They also recently expanded their dining room. The work they did looks really good. Place is clean and somewhat dim lit for a comfortable ambiance. Original bar area is a cool room to sit in as well. Already can't wait to be back!

Long time Buffalo NY staple for fine dining, casual dress is cool too, amazing steaks and seafood...and great specials which they always keep a few fan favorite items on the specials menu. Go for the steak Au poivre, bacon on a plate, and the stuffed poblano, Ive eaten at least half of the items on the menu there and never have been disappointed

What an excellent meal. We sat way in the back room, which was perfect. Very romantic. Cool that they bring a huge basket of breads for you to choose from. I had the focaccia bread with bits of sundried tomato, basil and onion. But for the soup, I had the lobster/ shrimp bisque. So smooth, so creamy like velvet sliding down my throat. I asked for a gallon to go. For my main, I chose the 18oz bone-in tenderloin. Spot on! Perfectly cooked. I didn't care when i picked up the bone to get every piece of succulent beef of of that. Went here for the first time. Surprisingly in the time of COVID it was PACKED. If you walked in there you'd think COVID doesn't exist. It was extremely loud and between wearing the mask and volume inside it was extremely difficult to hear yourself think or the hostess or waiter. They have plastic shields set up at the bar but in reality that doesn't do anything when the person you're sitting next to is leaning over. Pretty much was everyone at the bar; leaning over the shields to carry on with their conversations.

The cocktail menu is limited but I stuck with one gin cocktail
