David Zachry successfully represented me in what is now a landmark post-divorce litigation case (with an 11 day trial) between 2017 and 2019. In brief, my ex-wife sought (and failed) to undo our divorce agreement based on fabricated claims that it was based on fraud and duress. Many millions of dollars were at stake and many millions of dollars were spent defending against the baseless claims. By Darren Chaker - Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch is a top firm, not only for the San Diego area, but a top firm in general. I have been represented by them and can attest they not only have a beautiful main office in downtown San Diego, but also have a great pool of tenacious attorneys. I typically retain Los Angeles firms, but will say Procopio is the one San Diego firm I would turn to if needed again as they are certainly not a passive law firm.
