If you are looking for great service, an amazing price, I highly recommend. I have used MTH for Lawn mowing, Fall, and spring clean up and they always do an excellent job.

Hired to do a job. Paid upfront.
Three months later the job is still incomplete, we have not received a refund, and they are not good at responding.
I understand they may be busy like everyone else, but then they should not accept jobs or take money if they cannot fully complete jobs.
At this point we are going to need to hire someone else because even if they do ever come back, I do not believe the quality of work is to a high enough standard.
I really wanted to go local, very disappointing

Pretty good service. Had them come in to replace eroded soil from under a deck. Had a little damage to the yard, but I guess that's on me for having them move soil across a wet yard. Was hoping the soil would have been closer and higher along the house. Have water setting by the house now. I think I can fix that. Super nice people to work with though.

Worst snow removal company in Kalamazoo...period. Disrespectful to property and ignorant of proper removal guidelines. They dont seem to understand how to remove snow without tearing up your yard or just leaving it all in the road. Very poor communication!!....if you call their office you are likely to get hung up on by their unprofessional and RUDE office clerk. Hard to believe they still have customers. I will be sure to mention my personal negative experience with this company to EVERYONE I know.

Their billing department is HORRIBLE. They were unable or unwilling to send me timely bills via mail (as I requested). When their bills finally arrived via mail, there were often "late fees" despite opening the bill on the day of arrival. There have been multiple occasions over the past 2 years when I had to call them to remind them to mow my lawn on a given week. I also had to remind them to edge my lawn after they "upsold me" on this service. They moved our trampoline into the neighbors yard and left it there one week. Shop around. You can do MUCH better.
