Very happy to have found master Chris and instructor William at Victory. My husband did taekwondo for years when he was a kid so he knew what to look for when researching a center for our son. We are lucky enough to find a great place close to where we live in Huntington Beach.
I've sat and watched a few sessions and love that they not only teach the basics of taekwondo, but are also huge on respect and positive reinforcement.
My son loves the classes and "can't wait to get a black belt" :)

We are so excited to finally find an amazing martial arts studio for our son, where he is taught confidence, self respect, respect for others, self discipline, self defense and all while having fun! Master Chris is very helpful and so easy to talk if you have any questions or concerns. Watching the class and seeing how respectful all the students are to their instructor and fellow peers, all while enjoying their time in class is such a breath of fresh air. In addition, they get to learn how to count in Korean and learn more of the martial art phrases. I highly recommend this Taekwondo studio for

My son just finished the 2 week trial, and I was really impressed. As a child with special needs, he is sadly not always welcomed to every activity or gym, this experience was the opposite. Right away, we felt welcome and I could feel the support and patience they had with him, getting to know him right away and asking me for guidance He is not only learning TKD but kindness, discipline and self control in a supportive environment. I feel very hopeful that this will be a great place for him as he grows. Thank you Victory.

Love this gym for my kiddos! We've just started and already see how much they're learning: focus, discipline, respect, and their own strength. The girls have an awesome time and it's a great outlet for their endless energy. Master Chris and his team are so good with the littles- helping them build confidence as well as TKD skills. We are really looking forward to watching them grow here! If you're considering martial arts for your kids, highly recommend bringing them to Victory.

My two kids are in little tigers with Master Chris. We have been at Victory Taekwondo for a few weeks now and are really enjoying it! Master Chris is so great with teaching the little ones as are his assistants. They are also very careful with masking and distancing so we feel very safe sending the kids here.

My child just wrapped up a trial period with Victory, and we are all excited to be part of this Dojang.
When I first looked for a Taekwondo place for my son, I was really wary about potential McDojos that taught improper technique and were money pits. Our experience has been nothing like this.
I also really appreciate how Master Chris teaches respect and good citizenship with the students. That is what really convinced me to enroll my child.

Our son is so excited to start Taekwondo with Master Chris. The classes are well organized and staffed. I've also appreciated that they have taken all the COVID protocols with cleaning and masks. Each class is a little different and teaches different techniques, discipline and respect. The instructors at Victory are very involved in making sure the kids have proper form and play games to keep it fun. We are looking forward to see our son grow at this awesome studio.

Amazing experience for our two boys, ages 6 and 9. Victory Taekwondo welcomed us like new members to a family, and a family that so many of our friends and our community looks to as a martial arts studio that goes beyond any expectations you may have! Very rarely does the experience really make you stand back and go, wow! I cannot say enough, and as a teacher in our city's schools, I think so many of our kids could benefit from the real-deal Taekwondo Victory teaches. Top notch professional and wonderful environment! Our son has recently signed up for a full year of instruction. We couldn't be more pleased with Master Chris and his staff so far. I particularly like the structured environment that the students are subjected to and the firm yet subtle approach to installing the days lesson. They have also done a great job in providing a clean and well thought plan to provide weekly instruction during these challenging times.

Master Chris and his expert instructors are beyond amazing! As beginners to martial arts, my 7 and 5 year old are loving it! As parents, my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of discipline and respect our kids are learning! As a new student for several weeks prior to COVID-19, our son Benjamin demonstrated an incredible enthusiasm for participating in class due to the nurturing guidance by the staff lead by and including Master Claire and Master Chris while in the clean, well-organized studio. Throughout each lesson, Master Claire, Master Chris and the staff do a magnificent job promoting discipline, focus, and positive energy utilizing the specific movements required in the acquisition of Taekwondo skills. My girl has has had almost four years of great experiences with Victory. From the beginning Master Chris and Master Claire have instilled a regiment of discipline, hard work, and high expectations mixed with fun, high energy, and an obvious affinity for working with kids. Their studio is clean and organized and their classes are varied and well thought out in order to keep the kids attention. The students are taught respect and discipline, not improper aggression or macho ideals. If you want to spend money on something that will help your kids for the rest of their lives, this is it.

Master Chris, Master Claire, and Grand Master Kim are part of a family-run, professional taekwondo center. My son started in preschool. He had little confidence when he first started, but within months he felt a sense of accomplishment thanks to the guidance of the Masters and the instructors. Victory Taekwondo has been an amazing experience for our two boys (currently 15 and 13 years old). They have received instruction in taekwondo for the last 3 years, but they have also learned discipline, respect, self control, leadership, confidence, and a sense of community. We constantly have to challenge our children to be the best version of themselves. We started in June of 2017. My first grade daughter became a green belt🏆 and third grade daughter a purple belt.🏆My third grader has the highest kicks for her belt class. We love this for confidence building, learning discipline and so much much. Master Chris and his sister Claire and dad Grand Master work together and teach our children to be the best version of themselves on so many levels. Victory is *** THE BEST *** place to learn taekwondo. My 7-year old daughter has been taking lessons for four months and (still!) enjoys it very much. The students warm up together and then learn/practice moves in their colored belt group. There are multiple instructors that rotate through the groups (Instructor Jordan and Instructor Will are wonderful). Master Chris is in charge of everything and he is top-notch! Our daughter has been attending Victory Tae Kwon Do for about 3 and a half months now and she loves it! The instructors are excellent. They sincerely strive to motivate kids and inspire self-discipline and self-confidence. My daughter has been developing leadership skills and a positive attitude. This is a great place for kids and adults alike!
