The story of A-Line Tool Company begins in the early 1960's when the store opened in La Crosse at 201 Front Street. It was originally a branch of Anderson Machine Tool Company based out of St. Paul, MN. In 1976, new management took over the La Crosse branch and later purchased it in 1983, changing the name to A-Line Machine Tool Company.
A-Line Machine Tool Company is proud to offer the largest selection of professional grade metalworking and woodworking tools. A-Line also provides Holokrome Socket head cap screws, Button head cap screws, Low head cap screws, flat head cap screws, standard and oversize dowel pins, shoulder screws and set screws as both long and short arm hex keys in metric and English sizes.
A-Line Machine & Tool has tooling from Seco, Kennemetal, Toolmex, HTC, Regal, Dapra, Dadco, Michigan Pneumatic, Advanced Tooling, Pioneer Toolholding, Command Tooling, Republic Drill, Korloy, Onsrud and more. ATI was established May of 1996 in a 600 square foot garage. The company now occupies a 21,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

I live in Rochester but decided to buy my SawStop cabinet saw from this company because of the great personality of the lady who answered the phone and talked me through the process. The owner of the company happened to be coming through Rochester on his way to Minneapolis and was kind enough to delivery the saw to my door at no cost! Unbelievable service!
