Before I met Lisa I had a regular workout routine and generally ate healthy. I had been to a couple of nutritionists who said my diet looked great and yet my weight kept climbing. Then, I saw a webinar Lisa gave and I thought her approach was promising.
I was tired of dieting and I worried about the nutrition side of things being too strict and not being able to incorporate indulgences like dessert or alcohol. Lisa answered all my questions and assured me that she would teach me how to handle splurges and the unexpected without feeling deprived.

Lisa's 12 week program is one of the best things I've done! She has created an outstanding program that is doable, provides a lot of support, and is very educational. I met my goals of learning how to have a regular strength training program (and enjoy it), as well as learning new things about nutrition. She helped me figure out how to fit the workout routines in my schedule, and she made the exercises easy to learn. I am stronger than when I started and I look forward to continuing it.

Working with Lisa over the course of three months was a fantastic learning opportunity. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the science of exercise and weight loss, her empathetic, holistic coaching technique really does address both body and soul (as advertised!). I especially appreciate her authenticity and sense of humor, too. I looked forward to our sessions together, and I miss working with her.

Serendipity and a Google search brought me to Lisa and her program. At the time, I had just started training to become a certified Life Coach. I retired from teaching middle school in June at 66 years old.
After years of neglecting myself as I was giving, giving , giving to others, (the "roller coaster ride" of 11-14 year old kids to be exact!),

I started working with Lisa at Body and Soul Coaching about 2 months ago and am very happy with the progress I've made so far. When I hit my mid-50's I began to have issues with my joints, ongoing pain in my low back, plantaar fasciitis, etc. I was in a cycle of beginning to exercise, getting injured, trying to heal and then starting the cycle over again.
