Working with Mike, Jordan and Carol has been and overall great experience. They truly are one of the top boutique search firms in the country. The professionalism of Hartz Search is less than respectable.
My interview (for the same VP of Talent Acquisition role), was cancelled twice...both within MINUTES of the scheduled call. Only to be offered the same excuse as I was 2 months prior in April 2020- "the client is seeking someone with healthcare experience."
As an executive/founder of a nationwide staffing staffing agency for 8 years, I have never treated my candidates so poorly, nor have I lacked such knowledge knowing what my client desired in submitted incumbents.
The agency should re-evaluate its sourcing process and ensure communication
