My husband and I live within walking distance to this place. We love it!!! Good is fresh and delicious. Idk who this “mean” lady at the desk is? The service has been great and everyone has been friendly. Try this place, I’m sure you’ll love it!

Don’t expect them to have ducks or bbq pork at opening time. They need two hours to even get those item ready. Kind of pointless being a bbq joint. Perhaps change your operating hours. Go to Tai hao instead. The kid at the counter act if I was bothering him asking when the items were ready 😂

I ordered the bbq pork and roast pork. Everything was badly chopped. It looked and TASTED like leftovers. Meats were very dry and looked unappetizing.

I ordered chow fun but received fried rice when I got home, I called them, the lady answered the phone was rude, she kept saying I ordered fried rice I didn’t said chow fun, when I placed an ordered I repeat myself a few times chow fun, chow fun but the man worked there didn’t understand English very well, he turned to the owner and asked what is chow fun, and then they spoke Vietnamese which I didn’t understand when I got I opened my food I didn’t check when they hand it to me. This lady should go back to school and learn how to provide customer services, she was rude and unprofessional

Customer service and online ordering service is terrible. I ordered my roasted pork online at 9 am. Pick up time was 11:35 am. When I got there, I had to wait in line and they didn't even have my order ready to pick up. The lady chopping the meat also had a lot of attitude and raise her voice to other customers there too. My order was not done until 12 pm. If only the next door Vinai Market deli was in full operation, I wouldn't have to support Hip Sing and their bad service. 😕

They have their own parking lot although there's a few potholes to avoid. We came for dine in eating and our food came out quickly even though other people were coming in for take out orders. The food tasted great, and this is the type of place you'd bring your Chinese grandma to.

I hate this place with a passion. The. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Every. Time.
I only patron this place due to it being the only roast duck and roast pork in the area.
If you don't have to. Do. Not. Go. Here. Take your money else where.

Took a while to be seated, they should have a separate line for pick up and one for dine in. Duck was the main thing we came for and they didn’t have it available even though we called ahead. They said it would be 20 minutes, instead we ordered other items. Food was not worth what we paid. When they had the duck available I asked to order half a duck, they said they only sell whole ducks after 2pm. Had we gotten the duck when we ordered it (like 1:45pm) it would have been before that cut off time. Also lobster tanks are overcrowded look dirty af
Next time I’ll order To-go.

The roast duck vegetable rice platter was recommended by the owner but it was so so. It came with 1/4 of duck (not very good parts, mostly bones) and 2 small bok choy, in my opinion is not worth $12, you are better off buying a half duck!
