I've been coming to classes here for a little while, and find them to be very practical - simple teachings about how to be happy by thinking positive thoughts. Once we have inner peace, our mind is naturally happy no matter what is going on around us. Regardless of what your faith is, I think most people can agree that if everyone were to sincerely care for one another, many of the problems in this world would disappear. -- On another note, their fruit and yogurt parfait is amazing. If you like fruit, yogurt and granola - definitely give theirs a try.
