First off, I felt totally stunned as it’s the first time I ever locked myself out of my condo. I searched on Yelp and gave Ron a call. He was very responsive and showed up within 30 minutes. He laid out proper expectations and didn’t over promise but said he’d do his best to pick my lock (it was very old and tough). He stayed at it for awhile and never showed frustration and finally the lock opened and I got into my unit.
Super humble guy and even offered not to charge me if he couldn’t help me (who does that)? Pricing was below what others charged and I’d definitely recommend him to

I definitely would call Paradise Locksmith again.
Very courteous in the phone and in person. He gave time estimate and location and called before coming over.
He diagnosed the problem and gave recommendations if it should happen again.
I also asked if he could change another door lock to a different key and he did so in a very short time.
I highly recommend Paradise Locksmith!

We were rushing to get out of the house today and accidentally locked the door to our bedroom. Because we didn't have a key to it, we had no idea how to get it open. Freaking out because we locked our cat inside, we called Ron from Paradise Locksmith. He was so helpful over the phone, and rushed right over, getting here within 20 minutes. He unlocked the door and changed the door knob for us within another 20 minutes. He gave us great tips and explained everything along the way, thoroughly. Thanks for saving the day!
