I just wanted to let everyone know about a reasonable and honest auto mechanic and A/C specialist shop right here in Crawfordville, Faircloth Automotive. A friend recommended Faircloth Automotive to get my A/C fixed last year. They were very reasonable and did a great job. Recently my daughter's car was having problems and we could not figure out what was wrong.
After looking on the recall list, the car was listed with having several problems, but wasn't part of the recall. After replacing the alternator several times in a short period of time, we took the car to Joey at Faircloth and with research on his part he was able to find and fix the problem. Thank you Faircloth Automotive & A/C specialist.

I took my 2019 dodge ram there to take a look at a rear gasket leak, the seal where the driveshaft meets the transmission. They wanted to charge me $1600 just to do the seal when I had it repaired in Tallahassee at seminal auto repair for 200 bucks. That wasn’t the worst issue though. When I took it to Seminole Auto repair in Tallahassee they discovered that the bolts that bolt in the driveshaft which there’s four of them were all hand tightened and loose ready to come out. This could have been a serious issue. Driving along and my driveshaft fall out while I’m driving. Don’t use this place

Finally! An auto repair shop I trust and feel comfortable with. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. And the owner is actually old school and stays on top of things. My vehicles won't be going anywhere else! BTW. This is the FIRST garage I've gone to that I saw the owner personally check on a worried customer who pulled up without an appointment and took care of them! Yep. I witnessed a miracle.

My car wasn't starting all the time so I had the battery checked. It and the alternator were good. I asked them to find why it wasn't starting all the time. They wanted to keep it to replicate the problem. I sat there for over an hour. The man tells me they think there's a connection missing. 30 minutes later he days if we continue to look we have to charge you 80 an hour. I left and took my car to the dealer. The problem was the battery cables were loose and needed tightening. Seems simple enough that they could have found that within 30 minutes. I'm not impressed.
