Highly recommend! My boyfriend and i have been using this laundromat for a year or more and it's by far the best one i, personally, have ever used in Los Angeles. My boyfriend loves saying it's, "the best laundromat in the hood!" The people who work here are extremely kind, professional, and helpful; don't be surprised if they come offer help to/from your car. The whole facility is clean--that includes the well kept machines, counters for folding, sinks, floors... literally everything. I have seen it very busy on Sundays (daytime), however i personally like coming

Staff: there is on site staff that will help you load and unload from your car - as well as, offer service assistance during your visit. I've seen Flor several evenings helping family after family and attending to various customers at once.
Cleanliness: this location is fairly new so everything is still in pretty good shape. But on top of the newer machines, everything is clean and well maintained
Time of day: we've been multiple times at various times of the week and never had to wait for machines.
Parking: there has always been parking when we've come

On the Google page and in-store it says there is free WiFi. This is untrue. The first time I went, the member of staff either wouldn't or couldn't give me the code, the second time I went there there was simply no staff around. There won't be a third.

Where are the yellow caution floor is wet signs when female employees are mopping?? You are bound to have someone fall, hurt themselves. 1 lady responded " la gente no hace caso"... that is irrelevant. Those yellow caution signs are to protect and advise public for their safety AS WELL as protecting owner of any neglect or lawsuit. Employees; FAIL
