It can be hard for 3 adult kids to agree on how to best take care of Mom, but we are all very, very happy with the care, facilities and wonderful staff at Horizon. This review is based on 3 years of experience!

I moved my mother in with Horizon in January 2020. I was at once impressed and immediately at ease. Flor and her team strike the perfect balance of professionalism and empathy. Their decades of experience shows in every way. The team met my mother's every need. The home felt welcoming and comfortable. More importantly, they treated her with dignity. Every day, she looked beautiful. The food was excellent and there was always a large bowl with fresh fruit and vegetables in it. The Care and Compassion that Horizon gives to their residents is something that can't be taught. The over 35 years of Eldercare experience really shows. Everything is specifically for the Elderly. From the food, to the activities, to the way the caregivers interact with the residents. You can rest well knowing that your Mom (or Dad) is in good Hands. They truly treat the residents like family. .. Seriously, family members of residents who are no longer with us still stop by.

My mother moved to a Horizon Diversified Home one year ago. Flor is top notch in organization, cleanliness, care, keeping family members updated. Her staff is equally wonderful. Kind and considerate and patient. My mom received superb care while there. And during her last few weeks the staff was even more amazing. I highly recommend Horizon Diversified to anyone looking for a "home" for loved ones.

My Mother moved to a home managed by the Horizon Group in February 2017. We are very pleased with the quality of the care and the attention she receives. In addition, the owners have been very helpful to us while we managed her moves from the hospital and skilled nursing to her current residence. Their help navigating the system has been invaluable. They carefully track her medicines and her home health requirements.
I visit unannounced at various times and all the residents are well cared for. The activities are engaging and the attention to residents appearance is uplifting.
