Pol-Tech Precision was founded in 1995 by Mark Nowicki. Mark started Pol-Tech Precision when he had a vision to make a difference in the manufacturing industry by providing high quality and precision products at the lowest cost to his customers. Before starting his own business, Mark worked and managed CNC machine shops in the Silicon Valley and in the Chicago area.
