We called AMS Networks for their free network and security assessment. Their technician came and performed the assessment and we were provided with a report that detailed the weaknesses and security holes in our environment. I must say it was a true eye-opener! We have had a security assessment before due to HIPAA complianance but this one was extremely thorough and detailed, much appreciated!

We had a terrible response rate when we had issues from our last IT provider. We have been using AMS Networks for well over five months and their service is nothing short of superb! I can submit a helpdesk ticket right from my desktop and their response times and resolution times are great! For now, we will continue using them as our preferred IT provider. Thank you AMS!

The server at my office got infected by ransomware. Out of the four IT companies I called, only AMS Networks promised to be on site the very same day. Adnan from AMS Networks arrived and resolved the issue. He also ran network and security audit for free and discovered security gaps which AMS Networks is in the process of fixing. Definitely a A+ service!
