Krystal has some serious talent! These cupcakes were delicious and practically miniature works of art. I bought three dozen for a birthday party and they were a HIT among vegans and non-vegans alike. The minis were the perfect size - we loved being to try multiple kinds. Krystal was also so nice and very communicative - made the whole process a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

Usually I make my family's birthday cakes but I was so busy this year that I knew I needed to outsource. After looking through pictures on Krystal's website, my 6 year old fell in love with the rainbow cake.
It was an easy pick up and the cake was super yummy! I dropped off slices with a few friends and they said it was the best cake they had ever had! We picked it up on a Saturday and it was somehow even more delicious on Sunday.

Krystal is an amazingly creative baker, and she has a magical ability to create a savory smile that you can lucidly taste!! So far, I’ve had 2 cakes (Galaxy Cake and Cookies & Cream) from Austin Kind Cakes, and they have both been heavenly tasty and delightful!!! I ordered the chocolate raspberry cake and it was divine, especially the raspberry jam! The cake and frosting were chocolatey without being too sweet. Instructions for no contact pickup were clear and Krystal was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had. Even after I can eat dairy again, I will definitely order her vegan cakes because they taste fantastic :)

500 million stars! We’re vegan and new to Austin and I didn’t know what to expect from a vegan birthday cake here. Wow. Wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and this cake surpassed everything! We had a vegan chocolate peanut butter birthday cake and the attention to detail was on point. The cake wasn’t too sweet since the frosting brought the sweetness and we noticed that balance! Krystal was also the best to work with though I didn’t actually meet her. Can’t wait for next event! HIGHLYYYYY recommend.

My wife’s birthday was on a Wednesday which unfortunately was one of the days Austin Kind cakes are closed. But Krystal was kind enough to accommodate the request and I was able to pick up the cake the day I needed it. Pickup was easy and smooth. The cake was really moist and delicious and everything we would have hoped for. Really would recommend Austin Kind Cakes for their service and the quality and taste of the cake.

I've had a fair amount of vegan cakes and this is definitely in the top 3! This cake is perfectly moist and delicious. We got the strawberry chocolate cake for our 5 year vegan anniversary and it was everything we could have hoped for. Pickup was easy and will definitely order again in the future!

My daughter is the baker among us, and always bakes great desserts for every friend and family occasion. So she deserved a special cake for her birthday, baked by somebody else. She's been vegan for decades, so Krystal at Austin Kind Cakes was the perfect Somebody Else.

I ordered Samoa Bundt cake for my birthday and I was honestly impressed. I loved it! Great flavor combinations, not overwhelmingly sweet. This was my first time ever getting a whole cake and I am happy I chose Kind Cakes. High quality ingredients, vegan, local business! I am definitely going to order from Kind Cakes again.

So July was our 5 year anniversary And if you are married you will know that marriage is not easy and it is definitely something to celebrate because it takes a lot of work! Anyways I called our original wedding cake lady up to make our cake and sadly she was unavailable. So then I figured why not find someone that can make a vegan cake? My coworker brought the vegan mini cupcakes to work, and OMG I ate all of them. So delicious. You would never be able to guess that they're vegan! I should've taken a photo, but we all ate them too quickly. I ate like six lol...I'm so surprised Kind Cakes has so few reviews!! GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

My son and I tried Kind Cakes mini cupcakes by chance at the COOP and devoured them! We tried all the flavors and since they are mini I felt guilt free :) Perfect size for my son as well, so we ended up ordering 2 dozen for his birthday. Couldn't be happier. Krystal was very responsive and accommodating. Oh ya and they are all vegan! A plus I didn't realize until later. Will def. ordered with her again at our next function. Reasonably priced, delicious, and beautiful!

Krystal's cakes are beautiful and artistic and delicious! I got to try them at a birthday party. There was a variety of different flavors. I tried three of them and they were all amazing, I wish I could have tried them all. I've had the privilege of trying others of crystals baked goods, including her breads, bourbon balls, tiramisu... She's masterful at what she does and you wouldn't know they were vegan. they're delicious and humane! You can't beat that!
