Shipping charges vary by product. Bumpers, roof racks, etc. are oversized products and require special shipping and packaging. Shipping cost will be reflected in the checkout process. Picking up your order directly from our shop can save significant money and you'll get free installation. Most items from Avatar Metal Works are made to order and are ready to ship within five to six weeks of purchase date.

Let me start off by saying that I don't ever rate businesses. But Avatar is not a regular business. The first time I called and spoke with Julie about my situation and concerns not only was she helpful but she really came across as genuine. I was dealing with a nightmare situation with another company with meeting the delivery schedule (about two months delay). Avatar had my order of a roof rack and two ladders shipped in a few business days. Julie sent me pictures of my created package and all associated documents to track my shipment. My delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition thanks
