I would highly recommend Westport Floral! I ordered for delivery VERY last minute & they were more than helpful & able to deliver by the time I needed! I worked with Tammy who put the arrangement together. She was very helpful, friendly, & accommodating! I was worried what end product was to look like since I ordered over phone so she offered to send me a picture to make sure it was what I wanted! I accidentally gave them the wrong address so they called later to verify & were more than kind about the mishap! The arrangement they put together is stunning, the flowers appear fresh & new. Thank you

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited until late to call and ask for a flower for a funeral the next day. Not any flower, but an Orchid. Immediately she said... I don't have one, let me call my wholesaler. She called me back - after closing time - to inform me that she could only get a purple one. (I didn't ask for a specific color because I just needed an orchid for a funeral). Little did she know that I NEEDED purple. The Orchid was for a member of our club The Civitan Orchids. (Our logo and shirts are purple). It's going to be the perfect orchid to show how very much our friend meant to us.

We purchased a bouquet on Wednesday evening, and the hydrangea's in it were already dying. When i came in with the bouquet today, the owner went above and beyond. She made a whole new bouquet, made it more large than the first, and offered a refund. There was no need for a refund. I will be back! Pride in her business and quality! Thanks so much!!
