Peters Creek Retirement and Assisted Living has been utilizing the services of Family Best Care for quite some time now, and have found that they are incredibly resourceful, responsive, and dependable. When we need to use a temporary agency, it is important that there is an understanding of who we are and what we do so that the fit is appropriate. Abigael and Amanda came out here to visit our community and see for themselves what we require to be successful. From that point they worked to put together a group of caregivers who could come whenever the call came in from us for a need. They are

I used Family Best Care service for a couple of days only after my mom's knee surgery. We were expecting a much longer recovery but my mom was able to recover faster. They were flexible on the schedule and always really friendly to attend our needs on days and times. What I like the most was their customer service and how friendly they are. Even though we didn't end up using their service for long, I was really happy for their help.

We had a very SHORT experience with this company because our Mother needed minimal care and oversight for a couple short periods of time each day. Time blocks were not satisfactory to them therefore, they dropped us and left us to start over at square one AGAIN in search for care for our mother. This is not a professional way to conduct business leaving elderly to fend for themselves.

We used Family Best Care for almost 2 years to care for my elderly mother who was in a wheelchair and had dementia. Mom's care started out as part time and then became 24x7. Abigael (the owner) did whatever it took to make sure that we were all happy with the caregivers and to ensure we always had coverage - even if that meant she took care of Mom herself (which she did a few times when a caregiver couldn't make it). We had one caregiver who became part of our family and there absolutely couldn't be anyone better. I want her to take care of me when I get older. A few other caregivers

We have used Family Best Care for about 6 months and have finally found the right caregiver for us. Unlike other agencies, Family Best Care has allowed for training of new aides at THEIR expense rather than out of our respite time and on our invoice. I have confidence that if the aide were to call out before their shift, there will be a substitute here ASAP. We have used them for 3 hour shifts twice weekly and even used them for 24 hour live-in care when it was necessary for me to travel cross-country. It's a big deal to feel confident and comfortable that your loved one is in capable, caring
