Services
The Jenks Martial Arts Academy trains under and follows the curriculum of the Unites States Krav Maga Association. The USKMA's techniques are, we believe, the most battle-tested, most up to date and most effective self-defense techniques you'll find in any system. We tweak, change and add to our curriculum continuously.
Our Corporate Self-Defense Training is designed to help improve participants' reactions to stressful or confrontational situations. This is achieved by teaching mindset, threat recognition, and situational awareness. Self-defense training also builds workplace unity, enhances teamwork, and has been shown to improve discipline, morale, and critical thinking skills.
The Executive Black Belt Program was developed to fill a self-defense training void for busy executives, community leaders, and other professionals who can only commit to limited days and times for training. The EBBP is a noncompetitive, yet highly effective, self-defense program and is now available to the public.
Your payment of $99 will include six weeks of training and a uniform for Taekwon-Do students and a t-shirt for Krav Maga students. Excellent all around Martial Arts program. Amazing established TKD and Krav Maga programs under Mr. Dunham plus they are now a Carlos Machado Affiliate for their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. James Minson is the BJJ instructor and is a pioneer in Jiu-Jitsu in Northeastern Oklahoma. He was one of the first people competing in NHB prior to it being called MMA. Not to mention over 20 years experience teaching all skill levels. Highly recommend this great school!!

Mr. Dunham's Academy fosters a climate of excellence for every student. Every Instructor is vested in all of the students' success. It doesn't matter what belt someone is; the Instructor's are approachable for guidance not only during class, but before and after. Of most importance is the focus on Quality of Standards and Martial Arts Excellence. If one does not pass the performance evaluation; they don't move forward. The students must learn and perform. When one earns a belt here; they have not met the minimum standard, but the highest standard of success.

Jenks Martial Arts Academy is fantastic! The instructors provide top-notch classes for every level - from beginners to Black Belts! Students benefit through the emphasis on discipline and respect and by getting exercise, gaining confidence and self-esteem, learning how to focus, and so much more! Before I decided on TKD as my martial arts discipline, I had always had this impression that TKD was primarily the school of "Pretty Kicks". While I admire those who are able to kick foes from out of mid air above their heads, this was not really appealing to me on a discipline and practicality level. Living in Jenks, I did a google search of martial arts in the area and Mr. Dunham's school came up in my search. I looked through their website and was delighted to see much more going on than what I had previously given TKD credit for, much to my surprise and delight. I decided to give them a try

My family visited several martial arts schools and chose Jenks Martial Arts Academy a couple years ago, after relocating to South Tulsa. We have not regreted the decision. There is truly a program to fit virtually anyones' needs. With the top notch level instruction and teacher/student ratio, the program is second to none in the area. My son enjoys Jenks Martial Arts Academy. The instruction is excellent. They do a great job at keeping him motivated by continually helping him to excel and move to new belt levels every few months. He has to stay focused to learn the new skills. The classes do a great job of promoting respect and excellence and help kids develop quality character traits.
