After several months of research, numerous phone calls to health insurance companies, several insurance brokers, doctors' offices, I was at my wits end to find insurance coverage outside the Covered California Exchange for a member of my family. Then with one simple phone call to David Lynn of The Lynn Company, he had 3 options for us. David at the Lynn Company was wonderful to work with in getting our new Health Net insurance for our family. We were having many difficulties with previous insurance companies and their lack of knowledge of how to handle our struggles from going from a group policy to an individual policy without discrimination. I having been working with Janet Harmel for roughly 4 years. She assisted me in helping my mom, uncle, and then dad with Medicare supplemental health plans. She is so easy to work with and so extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and PATIENT. She takes her time in explaining the endless possibilies of supplemental Medicare plans and never makes you feel like a burden or bother.
