Kat Sonner Hair & Makeup is an Independent Stylist found inside Shoosh Salon conveniently located close to i-25. My mission is to allow my guests to feel beautiful and valuable by providing superior service in a relaxing environment using quality products. Kat is so friendly and amazing at what she does.

As a mom of two and business owner, I know how important self care routines are. When you come to see me at Shoosh Salon you are choosing a salon experience that will help you feel recharged, uplifted and more confident than ever! I've been a stylist for 15 years and have never been more in love with my career.
I have taken the guess work out of your online booking by offering Time blocks to fit any need. Time block packages mean, no more wondering if you selected the correct color service from a list of 20+ options. Color time Blocks Packages do not include time for haircuts or deep conditioning treatments but these can be added from the a-la-larte menu as an add on service.
While I know meeting a new stylist can be scary and weird I'm here to set your mind at ease. When you book a service with me you can expect kindness, cleanliness and attention to detail. On the day of your appointment you'll pull up to an adorable grey and white house turned salon with its very own parking lot for your convenience.

First of all, the studio was clean and I was impressed by the measures implemented for covid safety—it really made me feel comfortable being in the space for my long appointment.
Second, did I mention Kat is AMAZING? I had great communication with her even before I set up my appointment. She helped me figure out what services I needed (being a new client), and what to expect. The actual appointment was a great experience too. She knows her stuff and is professional, friendly, and fun. She listened to my wants for my color service and it turned out beautifully. Wow!! Kat is absolutely amazing!! Seriously, she worked the most amazing magic for me in my wedding day for both my makeup and my hair. She is the sweetest person to work with and made me feel so beautiful for my wedding. She was super helpful in figuring out how to work with my hair and what extensions to get since my hair is short and I wanted long hair for my wedding. Her makeup was fantastic and I don’t think I could ever come close to making my makeup look that good. She did an amazing job and was so sweet. Kat is an incredible stylist! She is an excellent listener and is always able to creatively turn my descriptions and ideas into the hairstyles I hope for. She is patient and inquisitive and makes sure that the cut I receive is what I thought it would be. I love my visits with her and always come home happy and feeling beautiful!

Kat has been taking care of my hair for the better part of the last 8 years. She always listens to my thoughts and requests. She keeps it real and will speak up if she thinks something might not be the best for me. I appreciate that quality more than she knows. She has become so much more than just my stylist. I flew back home every 2-3 months to have my sister cut and color my hair until I met Kat!! Kat is extremely professional, and does an excellent job with my cut and color. She gives me exactly what I want every time I sit in her chair and if I don’t know what I want, Kat comes up with something fun and hip!! I always leave her chair feeling fabulous.
