At 2:50 pm I called Arrow to arrange for a pick up at 6:15 pm. They sent me four texts assuring me someone would be there. At 6:20 pm I call and was told that no one was available until 7:00 pm. I complained but was told it was due to traffic. Then he told me to hold and then I was informed that it would be more like 7:40...almost an hour and a half after I requested a pick up. I cancelled and needless to say I would never use this Company again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent service and very professional. The vehicles were clean and modern. Communication with the main office was great. The driver that returned us back to the airport arrived very early and did not rush or hurry us. Will most definitely recommend using this company and will use them in the future.

I have been riding with this company for over a yr now. I love the service they provide. They are very loyal to the customer. always seem to be on time for pick up and drivers are pleasant to talk with and get you to your appointment safely and in timely manner. When need to get picked back up never a long wait like the other cab companies... The dispatchers are great also.
