The service was excellent. Our waitress was the general manager and she was very attentive and pleasant. After reading the menu, we learned that the establishment has strong ties to the community with an emphasis on giving back. The menu has option that would be found at a standard pizza place-no goat cheese or prosciutto etc. When you want a nice traditional pizza and to support the area of Ohio City this is the place to go!

My mother worked for Ohio City Pizza 20 years ago. I was a kid at the time, about 3 or 4. I’m not sure if they moved the store location to a dif. part of Cleveland since then either.
We were really poor. They gave my mom a job. Allowed her to bring me to work & gave her the pizzas no one wanted or picked up.
I remember the smell of homemade pizza. They would help me make my own pizza after closing & sometimes they would always make me pickle pizza 😂. I loved pickles as a kid.

So this place is very close to St. Ignatius HS almost across the street. Our daughters had HS soccer games there and we thought 1hr would be enough time to grab a pie. Nope. Pizza was very good but we ate it… at home at 10:30pm. Should have told very friendly and good server that we were under a time constraint. If you dont mind waiting 45m for your food - I would recommend. Pizza was delicious. Bonus we orded a 12" and they made a 16" by mistake so I felt vindicated.

Ordered pizza and chicken marsala. The pizza was delicious; one of the best we’ve had. The chicken marsala was almost perfect. We say *almost* because there was a tiny bit of sauce left and we used our pizza… crusts to finish it off. We would have loved a little more sauce for dipping (because we’re greedy - in reality, the pasta was perfect). Thanks for a great meal in these crazy times!!

This is an excellent version of a little neighborhood pizza parlor. The bar looks great, the tables out of a picture postcard.
I am not a fan of the sausage they use, which is the reason for missing 5 stars.
Every other benchmark is met though. The rest of the pizza ingredients are spot on, the staff was perfect. I'll bring my family there sometime, I'll just go with an alternate to the sausage.
