We been there 20 years ago on a easy case MBZ car in the shop over 45 days then we sent few people who needed help w their car , they told us bad stories about there experience With them we didn’t believe it but stopped recommending them , till we went there for our BMW which took them few days then asked for more paperwork we provided , after a long time they asked for $450 to $550 for court expenses we paid then out of nowhere they told us we will not pursue Your case. I was their client back in 2016! I had a Ford Focus that was having transmission issues. I went to ford numerous times about the issue and unfortunately ford didn't want to do anything but offer me $5k to fix my transmission. So I reached out to this firm and they took on my case. The entire team went above and beyond for our case. It was a LONG process. But they held our hands, let us ask questions and never made us feel small. They advocated for us in a lemon case that was part of a class action and there were several decisions that needed to be made around offers, which legal process to choose and outcomes. I had a very unpleasant time dealing with the paralegal Nick. At some point he hung up on me and told me that he was frustrated. I am the one who came to get help for my frustrations with my vehicle not to deal with an unprofessional paralegal. I did not feel like my concerns were addressed what mattered was their bottom line. Most unprofessional and frustrating experience during already difficult times. His actions make the rest of the office staff look bad.

This review is long overdue and going on my 2nd vehicle they took care of me on I don't have the words to explain how awesome these guys are. Let's just start with their knowledge. They reviewed my case and then said that since there may be a case of "fraud" on behalf of the parties involved, that it may also not be the case and would still take it on- I felt confident with them because they said that they can do it. They sent a demand on my behalf to the dealership and auto manufacturer, more than 2 months or had passed by from the date they sent the demand out

After a terrible experience with a family law attorney, I was skeptical to seek legal assistance on any legal matter. I did my homework, and have no regrets this time around. I had spoken with several lemon law attorneys prior to retaining Norman Taylor and Associates. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. My Nephew and I both purchased a Ford Focus in 2013. Both of our cars had transmission problems that Ford knew about but still sold the cars on the market (quietly).
