Always been a great Drs office for the community but have recently gotten rid of same day appts and appts are booking one month out. I don’t really understand how this drs office (or any other)can serve the community in this manner. If i have a sick child or am sick how could I possibly wait a month to be seen. Seems as though things have really went downhill since Good Samaritan sold everything off. Unfortunate, this was a valuable facility for our neighborhood that helped A LOT of people. Also, the csr I spoke to this morning was very short and impatient, just no reason to be like this with

I was told by a Clinic Nurse during a callback to call & ask for a same-day appointment on the following day. The person who answered said my voice was muffled & she couldn't hear me (she heard me fine, earlier). I had a coughing fit & tried again. She said she couldn't understand me. Apparently, they don't understand sick people. Told her to forget it & hung up after 10 frustrating minutes. Did not get my same day appointment.

The phone Receptionist and checking staff leave alot to be desired. The waiting time for a answer it is unnerving.I had a previously missed appointment last month (which was partially my bad) I waited 15-20 mins. When i spoke to someone about rescheduling the appointment for later, they told shrewdly that since I missed my appointment for that day, I would not be able to reschedule for later. they then told me that I could call back later to try and get a same schedule appointment. I waited about an hour then called back for a same day appointment and was told shrewdly that they had no more same

You guys have some of the most unprofessional people answering the phones and registration. I try to be MORE than friendly because I know what it's like working in a call center, but I still get folks you sound like I'm an inconvenience to them. They talk low and monotone and when you ask them to repeat certain info because you can't hear them then they have the nerve to get an attitude. WELL SPEAK UP THEN YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO REPEAT YOURSELF. The nurses and doctors are usually great it's just a hassle to have to go through tons of bad service to get good service. They make the place look bad.
