EM offers the ability to thoroughly clean your dumpster pad. The area around your dumpster can quickly get out of hand attracting animals and vermin. Sometimes the grease receptacle is also in the dumpster pad area and can be surrounded with grease or oil. EM will clean up the larger debris before soaking the area with proprietary cleaners.
The best way for a restaurant owner or manager to maintain their kitchen exhaust system is to clean their hood filters on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. A filter that is clogged with grease does not allow your system to "breath" properly and can cause premature failure of your fan motor, smoke in your restaurant and an imbalance to your indoor air quality.
Each year, 11,200 structure fires are reported by eating and drinking establishments, resulting in an average of $164.4 million in direct property damage.* Half of these fires originate in the cooking area, which can then explode into the exhaust system. Keeping a grease-free and fire-safe kitchen exhaust system can protect restaurants from fire damage.
