JINS&SUN is releasing its first collaboration with Japan's dominant streetwear brand VERDY. This collaboration expresses VERDY's playful nature through the use of sunglasses by taking the JINS Switch's removable sunglasses plate feature to produce a toy-like plate. The style is inspired by punk band stage outfits from the UK in the 1980s, a core concept of VERDY.
Our Alternative Fit frames come in a wide variety of styles and their higher nose pads mean the glasses sit at just the right height for those with a low nose bridge and high cheekbones. No more worrying about frames slipping down the face with Asian fit glasses. Ordinary glasses can be a pain: their straight temple ends mean they don't fit your head properly.
Experience all-day optimal comfort. Airframe gets rid of the feeling of constant pressure of weight while wearing glasses, and leaves less marks on your nose. Even after being bent or twisted, the shape-memory material is flexible and durable enough, so that it can still spring back to its original shape without damaging the frame.
Blue light on the visible light spectrum is shorter in wavelength (380 - 500 nanometers), having the highest energy of all visible light. It's found in sunlight and necessary for keeping us energized and awake, also regulating our circadian rhythm. The issue arises though when blue light comes from artificial sources in large unwanted quantities.
You can find a wide selection of magnetic, clip-on glasses in the JINS Switch collection, which features magnetic, clip-on sunglass plates to fit JINS optical frames. It's a great idea for people who frequently switch between prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses, as the convenient format lets you go back and forth without much fuss.

Customer service is so unhelpful. I guess they are just bored or stopped caring. My past experiences with jins were pretty good but this time I felt like I was bugging them just asking them basic questions. They didn't even want to adjust the glasses I just bought. I'll just stick to online ordering or try a new company like warby Parker once I need a new prescription.

You can find a wide selection of frames here for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. The Customer Service Rep. was not the kindest or most courteous. I found her (the short hair girl) rather abrupt and impatient - not the kind of service you need when trying to decide on something like a new pair of glasses. I admit that my Mandarin is inadequate but not an excuse for her to be that way.
EDIT: So it's been less than a year (11 months) and already the glasses are broken. They fell right off my face unto the floor causing one of the temple arms to break off. Noteworthy

I had wonderful experience with this place I called to schedule an appointment they except it right away give me great prices after long research they made my new glasses on the spot in 25 minutes I'm really glad I chose this company thank you so much and by the way they have great employees willing to help anytime that's amazing thank you so much highly recommend this place definitely!!!!

This place used to be really great - great selection, great customer service. Unfortunately it seems that Covid-19 changed all that. I got my prescription as usual and came here. After wait for 5 minutes staring at an empty store on a Tuesday afternoon, the one person working the store told me she was busy and that now they were by appointment only and that I had to make on online and come back. Fine, did just that. Came back a few days later at the time of my appointment. When i got there i waited to be let in. I love their glasses and the 20/20 Vision PC but the employees are horrible. They are so cold and don't seem to be interested in helping you out. They always seem bothered when you ask them a question and they really don't seem to enjoy their job. I wish they could be a little more helpful and have better customer service.

These guys are amazing, running a ridiculously efficient and reasonably priced business, even during the pandemic! I was escorted from the outdoor parking structure by an employee, was the only one in the store, and 20 minutes later I walked out with a pair of glasses for $60! I brought in some old frames that I bought from them and, because I had cataract surgery and I will never need those heavy duty prescriptions again, nearly had them replace the lenses for $30 each. Doesn't get any better than that! I will be back, and again and again.

I had a wonderful experience online looking for the glasses and had great customer service chat online to help answer any questions I had. I booked my appointment online and arrived the following day. I was able to try on the glasses in a safe space with no one else in the store. They followed covid 19 safety protocol. I picked my frames in about 11 minutes and checked out. Amazing deal and the frames were single frame prescription blue light protection (jins screen) and 30 minute pick up. Worth it and exceptional service! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience both with the glasses and employee. They are only accepting people with appointments so i made an appointment online for 11am. When i got there I was the only person inside the store aside from Employee. Right away, Elena helped me out quick. She asked what type of glasses i was looking for and i showed her 2 that I saw online. Once again she quickly helped me out. Overall, she was super friendly and helpful. Once I came back she had my glasses ready and she made sure i try them on to make sure they fit. This was my first time going to Jins and based on how safe and friendly

Update 12/9: I'm updating my review based on my experience so far.
To be honest, I'm not that happy with the process it took to get my latest pair of glasses.
I ended up making 4 trips there to correct a mistake made and had to pay for another eye exam to fix it. Will have to wait 2 weeks for shipment and see if the glasses are fine.

YIKES I never had a problem with JINS until I came to this store. The girl that was helping me out was the ONLY one working while she let 6 other people in. She obviously couldn't assist everyone, so why let people in if you aren't able to help everyone individually instead of rushing each one? And I had an appointment during that time, yet I felt rushed because there were far too many people for her to tend to. Im saying all this because she didn't adjust my glasses AT ALL. I came home with loose glasses and tight nose pads that lead me to have headaches. I ended up having to go

Two years later, and I'm still coming to JINS for all my prescription glasses needs. The staff here is super friendly and they have a great selection of affordable glasses. Do yourself and come check out JINS the next time you need new specs!

I had a mixed experience at this place. Wanted to try it out since it had such great reviews. First of all... location... it's right inside the mall so parking is not an issue. The store itself looks very modern and they have a decent selection. Prices are great. One price for both frame and lenses. All the frames we looked at were under $200. Obviously transitional and progressive is extra, but that's how it is anywhere else. We settled on a thin lightweight frame for my mom. Of course she wants all the fancy stuff added on. Our total came up to $305. They said they'd call in

My friend recommended me this place and I'm so happy she did because I've been looking for a place that has a huge selection but also affordable. The amazing this is that they take 30 minutes to get your glasses! I'm was so amazed by that because I hate waiting 1-2 weeks for my glasses especially when I need them right away.
