Would not recommend. Shady business. Shady people coming onsite. Said they knew office 365, Microsoft SQL and installing systems. They were on the phone with someone the entire time onsite. Could never answer any questions related to my systems or network. The salesman said they all have certifications but after speaking with each consultant they barely have any experience. Were using my money and time to train their own employees. Do not recommend.

I purchased a mini HP laptop from Fry's back in March or April. Of course, I didn't buy the warranty because its a total rip off! A few months have passed and lucky me... something goes wrong. Some screws came loose and the covering to the hinge is bent. I called Fry's since I did purchase it from them. They told me I would first have to purchase the parts from HP then take it in and it would take 3-4 hours to fix. I asked them to estimate on price and they said $125!! What??? Heck no!
