Floyd Don Davis is the founder of Davis, Kessler & Davis and continues to lead the fight for his clients' rights. During his 41 years of practice, he has served two terms as the elected General Sessions Judge for Franklin County, Tennessee. He began his term as General Sessions Judge in 1982 and he served as the General Sessions Judge until retiring from the bench in 2004.

I found Robert Davis through his positive reviews on Google, and I am happy that I went with him. My son was involved in a car accident and since both parties had the same insurance company, I knew it was best to go with a lawyer. My experience with working with Mr. Davis was that he was informative, detailed, patient, and spent the time to do right by my son. He communicated clearly through the whole process. Robert Davis was Incredibly helpful and kept me informed during the entire process. I was in the middle of a nasty custody battle and he got what I would consider the best results possible. Kept me informed of my rights as a parent and what I should and should not be doing/worrying about while awaiting court. I was able to contact him any time I had a question or concern.
