My name is Viktoriya and I am a chef, caterer and bartender. I was born in Ukraine and after graduating from the Culinary Institute of Ukraine with the Masters degree, I got a certification as a bartender and mixologist.
I am regularly licensed in the city of Oakland and in the county of Alameda, and I am available to cater for all kind of events: from Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to retirement parties, from birthday celebrations to picnics and pool parties, you name it.I am here for you and, as my motto says, "if you can imagine it, I can make it happen".

We've had such a great time and professional help with Viktoria!
Every dish was so delicious, every request handled with great care and full mindness of clients preferences, suggestions "how to..." were patiently offered, dishes designed very nicely, and the list goes on and on.
We've tried few options before turning to Viktoria's services and we were greatly rewarded by choosing her. She is a hard working professional and putting her cliends needs ahead of anything else and making impossible to become possible. Her prices are very reasonable and quality of dishes is high

I never tried anything as good as this before! The food from Viktoriya Pevzner is very delicious, gourmet and tasty. It can only be compared to pricey high quality french restaurants. Every dish - is incredible. It is always something unique about it, even if it is a well known recipe. Viktoriya only uses high quality ingredients and mix them together in a very unique way. I trully believe Viktoriya has an extensive talent to make every meal unforgettable. Not to mention how easy and pleasant the ordering process is. Victoria is a great chef! She has been cooking for us for months and every time the food is super delicious. My husband is really picky in terms of food, he doesn't eat a lot of staff, but he loves Victoria's food. She is able to cater to your needs if you don't want any specific ingredients, or you want something "special" and ask her to cook by recipe. And even with modifications, the food tastes great. We are satisfied every time and can't recommend Victoria highly enough

Full House catered our rehearsal dinner and it was FANTASTIC.
Working Viktoria was super easy--I emailed her with our (low) budget to ask her if she could even accomodate an Italian dinner for that many people, and she got back to me with a great menu with a few options for me to choose from. She was very communicative and offered delivery for a very reasonable fee. She was on time and did the set-up exactly how we wanted it.
Basically, with all the stuff I was stressing over before the wedding, Full House catering was the one bright spot where I didn't have to stress or worry.

We hired Viktoria to cater birthday party. She personally delivered food on time and then picked up dishes next day. Plates were nicely decorated. Everything tasted very good. My favorite dish was beef stew. We had plenty leftovers for a few more days. Price was also reasonable. I would definitely use Viktoria's services in the future.

We hired Full House Gourmet Catering in July last year for a big birthday party, and it was one of the best decisions we made! The food was PHENOMENAL, Viktoria was very easy to work with and helped us stay within our budget, and she took care of a lot of stuff for us (dishes, silver, decoration, extra deserts, nut-free and vegetarian menu, kids menu, etc.) that made our life so much easier. In my opinion, the food was way more delicious than a typical restaurant meal, and much, much, MUCH more affordable. The food is all very high quality and fit perfectly with the vibe of the day.
