We focus on finding the best tax strategy for our small business clients according to their unique position in the small business arena. Some clients need to be a Sole-Proprietorship. Others need to incorporate. Our clients are not bookkeepers, but we are.
We provide this essential, necessary service for many of our clients. This not only provides the foundational reporting system for their business to capture all of the tax advantages for them, it is the basis of information from which the tax reporting is accomplished.

We support our small business clients with their day to day, week to week and year-round questions, concerns, and any needs they may have to clarify tax matters relating to their small businesses. Typically, our clients will call with a need to use us as a sounding board to confirm an idea or strategy they have on their minds.
We find that small business owners are fully aware of the necessity to file various tax reports. However, most are not familiar with the specifics of tax reporting required and need help complying with the various taxing authorities' requirements. We are here to take the mystery out of tax compliance.
A sole proprietorship is also the most frequently audited business tax return. Sole proprietors need to get it right, or they will incur the wrath of the IRS upon an audit. That's where we help our clients the most. We inform our sole proprietors about necessary record-keeping and specific guidelines that apply to sole proprietorships.
We help our clients decide whether to incorporate, when to incorporate, and the type of tax treatment to elect for their Corporation. While operating a business within a corporate structure, many tax alternatives arise throughout the year. Making the right choices has a significant impact on the amount of taxes paid by the corporation's owner.
