Overcharged! My wife, daughter and I are taking a cruise 10/24/21 to 10/31/21. We booked 3 excursions through Shore Excursions Group/Costco. Total charge with Costco discount was $629. Charge of $698 was held on my card. I called Shore Excursions and told them of the issue. I was told no problem, The discount would be given before that posted to my bank account. Weeeellllll, $698 posted! Called and spoke with a supervisor. Stated it much have been a “glitch”! She will get with IT. I was told they sent a refund but I’m gonna have to wait 3 to 5 days. Seriously!!If I would’ve never called

Very enjoyable (although very hot) walking tour of Havana. Guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour included lunch which was generous and delicious. Also used Shore excursions in Costa Maya and had another great experience when visiting Mayan structures. It was a walk to get to the tour office but I was so happy to see an air conditioned office, nicely dressed guides and a first class van in Mexico. Plenty of free bottled water. Good job.

After a small glitch at the beginning, we had a terrific tour of Coquimbo and La Serena, Chile. Our guide and driver got caught in a traffic jam and were a bit late arriving and since we were meeting outside the port gate we were getting a bit concerned, but a different tour operator was kind enough to call them and find out their status and we were eventually able to connect. My wife and I were the only ones on the tour, so we ended up with a guide who spoke excellent english and a driver who I think only spoke spanish, but he was very accommodating. We had a fantastic time tooling around Ketchikan with our guide Mike. It rained much of the time, but Mike was our sunshine. He's deeply passionate about the beauty, history and community of the town and the state. Plus, in addition to the "must do" sites like the fish elevator, Saxman Totem Park and Creek Street, he showed us hidden treasures, like a Mamma Eagle and her chicks in the nest (Dad swept by for a breathtaking view) and the rocky shores of Roan Beach. He packed every moment of our tour with stories, local lore, and historical insights into this unique town.

We booked two of the four excursions we took on our Alaska cruise through Shore Excursions at the suggestion of a friend. It was great advice. Our excursions went when the ones booked on the ship were cancelled. There were no problems with the weather when we went. We saved $ by booking with Shore Excursions and the people were very professional and great. I would highly recommend this company.
