We successfully got an I-601 A waiver and a green card for a client that entered the U.S. illegally. He was married to a U.S. citizen and had a child that was born in San Diego, CA. Because he entered illegally the client had to return to his home. The client was a permanent resident for over 22 years and was facing deportation after he plead guilty to felony Child Abuse.

Attorney John has been a great lawyer for us. He helped approve us for the first part of our immigration case. He even went to pay a traffic ticket for me in person. He is very knowledgeable and when hired he provided his personal cell phone number and has been available 24/7 for emergencies. After doing a lot of stressful research for almost a year, I had contacted Rodriguez Law Firm twice. First time I felt very confident with the service that would be provided. I continued to look around and finally decided after a year I would hire his service. Only an hour into his office I ended up being told I'm better off not applying for my citizenship due to a charge from years ago when I was younger. Also the fees from what I was told before ended up being twice then what was discussed. Saying because I'm from Utah and he would have to do twice the work and it would take more time. Very disappointing

After they charged me for their assistant , I never received help, they been holding my paperwork and never respond to my phone calls or emails for months, so I drove up their and I get a lame excuse that one of their lawyers are on maternity leave, which is fine but where’s the communication? And I was told they’ll start my paperwork at the end of the month, also respond to my emails and will schedule me an appointment which never happened! And continue to ignore my emails, phone calls and I’ve been so patient and respectful. So tired of it!! It’s been a year & a month and no progress

Had a consultation here a couple months ago and I can't shake the feeling I was ripped off. I was looking to start the citizenship process and was referred here by the attorney that helped me get my residency since she is getting ready to retire she no longer could take my case. I’m glad I chose to call Rodriguez Law Firm and have Mr. John Rodriguez work on my DUI case while other lawyers had told me it wasn’t going to be possible and that I could be facing deportation due to that fact that I’m a DACA Recpient soI had little hopes considering this DUI was with a crash and an alcohol percent of .23 and DACA as well, But yet with the help of Mr. Rodriguez and how he was able to negotiate things he managed to get a wet wreck less which was something that I’m extremely pleased with, thanks to him it won’t affect my DACA and I have a second chance

The nicest and most professional firm ever! We tried to consult with other immigration lawyers about our baby's unique immigration situation and nobody responded or gave us very vague answers that made no sense (we were told to check online about it!)

I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Rodriguez. I unfortunately was unable to hire him because my case pertained to another state but he still took the time to explain the documents that I needed before speaking to another lawyer. My husbands situation was extremely difficult and required John to work for us as both a criminal and immigration attorney. From the beginning I could tell John was going to work hard for my husband. He was kind and empathetic to my husband's situation but also took the time to be honest and explain the risks. With John's hard work and dedication to my husband's case, he was able to get a criminal felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Awesome Attorney! I'm so glad I found Atty. John for Citizenship application. I got approved! He believed in me and my case, when one other atty., that I called got rude with me and rushed me off the phone when I explained my case. It's a blessing in disguise because I found John!
