My name is Amy Weaver, and I'm a Dallas, TX native. I've been an artist for as long as I can remember, and baking has always been something I enjoy. It wasn't until I started baking my children's birthday cakes that I began to incorporate my artistic talents in to my baking and fell in love with the art of cake design.
With each cake, my talent and love grew more. So, I decided to make a career of it, and began working as head cake decorator at a well known bakery in Frisco, TX. It was there that I perfected my delicious cake recipes and an authentic Italian buttercream icing. I stopped doing cakes full-time for a few years to focus more on raising my children and further my artistic growth in other mediums.

It was absolutely wonderful working with Amy on getting my boyfriends birthday cake made! It turned out so amazing and all of our friends and family are raving about it. He got it this morning and still won’t let me cut it almost 5hrs later lol He loves his record player and collecting vinyls so this custom vintage record player was so perfect! Thank you so much Amy!

We ordered cupcakes for our school's graduation at The Highlands School. The presentation and delivery were flawless but the cakes tasted terrible. Person after person came, took one bite and threw the cupcake away. We had three flavors (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry) and the cupcakes averaged $3.45 each with delivery. All three flavors and the frosting were disappointing. Since only cupcakes were served at our graduation, this really ruined the end of our event. I post this as a caution to others.

My wedding cake was incredible! I chose an almond amaretto flavor which was absolutely devine. The cake was square with three tiers. I still can’t get over how moist Lucky Street Cakes are. The grooms father originally did not want cake but after trying a bite he decided he needed his own slice. Thank you Amy for a truly beautiful piece, inside and out!
