I went to file my taxes in the beginning of February, my mom went a few days after me. My mom got her return and when i asked why i had not got mine -the front office lady said they must have forgotten . Not only had they charged me 160 for my tax preparation but they had not send it . The guy Freddie who did my taxes (the owner or the boss ) never told me how much i was getting when i will be getting them. I would not file with them.i paid 150.00 only to find out that 20 days later they still had not sent out my taxes to the Irs. The owner Freddie is irresponsible- he lacks customer service kills and did not even try to get me the max return. All he did was input numbers and brush us off like nothing. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!

I have been coming to Drako to file my taxes for the past few years. I was recommended by family and I have not been let down any year. They are very welcoming and definitely have a waiting list. Which goes to show they are really good. They don't charge much to get your taxes done. I usually go with Patty and she takes her time explaining and really trying to help fulfill your needs to the max! This year Freddie and Shania helped me and they were both experts. Freddie is definitely your go to man but you must make an appointment with him, he is always booked and knows what he is doing. I

I love the customer service here my whole family comes here not only for taxes but also for other services usually when we go we ask for Shania Lee she is friendly attentive and a hard worker always goes through the paper work more than once I'm glad she's back. I highly recommend you guys to come do your taxes and legal work here average prices and they know what they're doing.

This place and experience was awesome I had a young lady by the name of Shania Lee due my tax's and she was able to give me max on my tax return I was expecting something small like you know 400, 500 around there but no she got me 2495.85 dollars I was blown away by her expertise, professionalism and a bit of sense of humour made me feel super comfortable, expect me to come back and do my tax's with Drako Tax & Accounting. I've been other places in South Central and I didn't get the treatment as I did here. Hands down best place to get your tax's done.

Went here to get an estimate to compare to what I did on my own. They were friendly, place is clean and everything went smooth. I did not get my taxes done here as I was correct on doing it myself but felt the need to leave a good review for them taking their time to see my taxes and the overall friendliness.
