This was a wonderful experience with a positive outcome. It was the grace of God I got in touch with Scott Underwood. From the very beginning, he informed me he would do his best to help me. I had previously applied with another company. Well over two years after providing the requested information and proof and after two appraisals and three counseling, they still didn't help me. As a matter of fact, the original RMF specialist was replaced by another specialist who was rude, insulting, and argumentative. When I talked with Scott, he was honest, straight forward and caring. Working with Scott was a great experience. He pushed hard to get every thing in order to close before my husband had to have surgery which Scott knew would put out of commission for an extended period. I'm an 80 year old female with a limited financial background and was very skeptical of a reverse mortgage. My financial advisor and I met with two highly recommended reverse mortgage representatives.
