Love this place! Not only are the items great and as described but the staff is some of the nicest people too! I went in to pay for my items and I was about a dollar short....long story but it had been a crazy day! Forgot my cards at home too. The lady at the desk took out some change from her own purse to make up the difference! I love it when I'm reminded how wonderful humans can be. Thank you! When I come back I will make sure and return the favor!

NEVER EVER DO ONLINE AUCTIONS WITHOUT GOING TO LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!!!! We were swindled. They took pictures that made the furniture look like new, placed plates on the table to hide deep cracks, gouges, and scratches, and put one of the four chairs “that was broken” on the backside of the table so you could not see that it was busted, completely cracked all they way from top of the chair to the seat. Shame on you. And their suggestion when we went to pick up the furniture and saw what junk they sold us, “Just sell it to someone else online!” ARE YOU SERIOUS! How dare you. A disgrace

I'm a bit torn on this place. I've only done the online auctions, since that's more my price range. They have some gorgeous stuff and the occasional garbage, but that's to be expected. I've seen things go for a lot more than they're worth and a lot less than they're worth, so I'm at a moot point on that.
My issues come from the last online auction, where I won a dresser and a lot of shutters. First, when one of their guys was trying to help me find the dresser, he proceeded to tip it, causing the drawers to fall out and one of them break. He got all awkward, then quickly said "sorry" before running

I have been buying from Brandon's auction since the mid 1980's, i have found many unbelievable buys at this auction, especially in furniture and in jewelry. i have furnished all of my homes nearly 85% from this auction. I have found the Diamond Jewelry to be my best buys as I have resold some for big profits. Best auction House in the four state area. I can't buy the quality of items I have purchased anywhere else in this area.

OK so here is the scoop on Brandon's Auctions. We drove 4 hours, rented a hotel and boarded our dogs in high hopes of snatching up some great deals. The previous reviews left seemed as though we had found a little treasure to purchase new, needed home items. Upon meeting the owner he is very charismatic and friendly with a heavy used car salesman persona about him. Should have been a huge red flag. We asked how the Auction works, if there are reserves or if there are more than one of each item available. His answer was we don't share that information. Second red flag ... Awesome place to get great deals. Tons of quality nice items. You can save lots of money here. Like any auction the prices fluctuate based on attendance of bidders. The new auctions are definitely below retail and the used auction always has quality items. The owner and staff are always friendly, honest, and helpful. Highly recommend it if you looking for some deals and looking to buy smart.
