I received 4 quotes for an AC system. Cy-Fair Mechanical came in cheaper than the competition by a good amount. The major standout for me was the attention. David explained everything to me and made sure I understood the difference between the system options. The unit was installed several months ago and I've had no issues with it.

Great service, price and quality. I have had 3 AC units installed. Two Rental properties plus my own home. I have bided out the jobs. Cy Fair Mechanical always has the best prices without going to off-brand units. But real quality is about more that dollars and machines. The people at Cy-Fair Mechanical are thorough, honest, and always helpful. From the owner to the technicians. They never try to up-sell me on units.

David with Cy Fair mechanical is a God sent!! I am a Single mother of five boys and my AC went out in the hottest weeks in Houston. I was desperate for help and called Cy Fair mechanical. They came out immediately and worked with me on my budget to get me a new unit installed. I would recommend them to anyone they are very professional and an amazing company!!!

Our 23 year old builder grade Carrier system was on its last leg. It was still working but it was only a matter of time before its inevitable failure. We decided to be proactive and replace it before the weather got any warmer. I found Cy-fair Mechanical on Google and their reviews seemed fair so I called and requested an estimate.
Ronny came out the same day and provided an estimate on the spot after listening to what I wanted and explaining some things in regards to what a new system would entail. He was polite and professional in his presentation and best of all, NO PRESSURE. Nothing sours

I am late writing this review - Cy Fair Mechanical installed our new A/C system last summer however my delay has given me the chance to also comment on follow up service and care for customers since it has been a year!
First, his price to put in a completely new A/C and heating system in our 3200 sq foot 5 bedroom home was 40% less than the next lowest bid. So low, in fact, we decided not to use him because we don't believe in anything that is "too good to be true". His high ratings on review sites and a particular review on Angie's List where they were also skeptical about
