I care too much. I grew up thinking I was going to be a teacher. While at University of California, Irvine, I was encouraged by one of the Deans to take a course that was taught "just like law school, I think you'll like it." He was right! I knew at that point that I enjoyed the intellectual challenge of pursuing justice on behalf of real people with real problems.
Teaching is great, and I still enjoy working with eager students. But they move on, year after year. Clients, on the other hand, become like "family" for me. I stand in the gap for them, explain the options when things look horrible and the future is uncertain. I am the buffer between pain and justice.

Services
I was affected physically and emotionally. Mr. Comer is a very caring lawyer and humanitarian. I am so very grateful to have had his help. I used Roy on two different occasions, and found him to be very helpful and a excellent advocate for the two issues I needed help with. I would highly recommend him.
Even though all drivers must exercise reasonable care not to injure others, car collisions are a leading cause of personal injury and death. Regardless of the severity of the crash, victims often experience substantial pain and anxiety, emotional distress, lost wages, medical expenses and property damage.
Interviewer: Is there any commonality in the people that get into auto accidents; younger, older, men, women? Any particular circumstance that leads people to have this happen to them? Roy Comer: There are some commonalities, but there are also distinctions. On the one hand, there is no commonality because auto collisions can happen almost anytime to almost anyone and each person is different.
Roy Comer: Most of them don't really know what to do because most of them have never been in a collision before. They're concerned about rumors they've heard about how the system works and they're afraid they're going to be cheated. They're concerned that no one is going to believe that they were injured.
Interviewer: What are the top misconceptions people have about having been involved in accidents? What's going to happen to them? Roy Comer: In my experience, one of the top misconceptions is that people believe that just because they got involved in an automobile accident, the insurance company is going to automatically believe them if they were hurt and eventually pay them lots of money.

I contacted Roy about my situation and though he couldn't help me with my particular case, he got back to me promptly and Roy was gracious enough to take the time to discuss my case and explain a few important things and he took the time to answer some questions for me..... Knowing that he couldn't do business with me at this time . Thanks Roy for pointing me in the right direction.

Roy was so great to work with! I've been calling for hours trying to align the right attorney for my case, and although Roy wasn't able to help me personally, he steered me in the direction of someone that could and he offered advice to me before hanging up the phone. Most useful 15 mins I've landed with an attorney in the past few days. Thank you, Roy!

We shared the details of our case with Roy and he was very unbiased and honest with his opinions on the case and whether or not he could help with the case. He didn't lie and say he could do the case even though it would profit him. For anyone who has the need for a lawyer, you can trust him to be upfront with you. We did not end up working with him, but that is due to his advice and we appreciate it.

I recently reached out to Roy in regards to a situation that I wanted to look more into legally. Roy was not only responsive but also very informative and kind in his messages. While my legal inquiry wasn't the best fit for his firm specifically, he guided me in the right direct to other attorneys that specialized more in what I needed help with. Thanks for your help, Roy!

I called first thing Monday morning and got a call back within 30 minutes. He was calm, concise and most of all a breath of fresh air that gave great advice even when my case would not be conducive to the type of law he practices. I was very thankful to have someone listen and be helpful in a time that is so uncertain on top of dealing with a situation that was so foreign to me. I'm so thankful for this small, but impactful interaction and his efficient response time and authenticity to give.

No one ever wants to be in a situation where you need a lawyer. Unfortunately circumstances can arise that leave you in a vulnerable place and you need professional assistance. I encountered a complicated litigation process and was so blessed to find Roy Comer. His expertise and attentiveness were immeasurable. He organizes the facts and derived the most appropriate strategy for my needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Comer to anyone that needed an attentive and compassionate attorney.

I called Mr. Comer today seeking his advice on a class action suit I am involved in. Despite my situation not being his speciality, he offered me great advice for FREE! He is very personable, sympathetic and passionate in what he does. I highly recommend Mr. Comer. Please consider him for any (yes any) legal matters you or anyone you know may have and he will do his best to assist.

I reached out to Roy for help regarding a real estate breach of contract case. My experience with Roy was very refreshing because it is not often you meet an attorney who will be honest with you and point you in the right direction rather then push you to retain them, promising results when they have not even looked at the details of my case.
I have spoken to over 10 attorneys regarding my situation and never felt comfortable moving forward with any of those attorneys because I could not shake the overwhelming feeling that I was just being told what I supposedly wanted to hear so I would drop

I don’t usually write reviews, but every once in a while someone impresses me with their ability to be both a good professional AND a good human. I had a judgment served to me days before Thanksgiving and found Roy Comer through a friend. Even though Roy was out of the office for the holiday, he was concerned about the timeliness of my situation and got back to me right away. He took the time to look over my paperwork and talk to me about my options. He was patient, compassionate, clear and honest. He was willing to take me on as a client but recommended that I work with an attorney he knew who
