Well well let me just start by saying it was a no brainer a very good judgment call I made hiring this firm to fight my case and so they did! Nicole guided me through a motorcycle accident in 2011, weeks before my wedding. She basically was there for me from start to finish and got me a great settlement. I got clipped going down fairfax in LA and it went down as a hit and run and we had to pursue my own insurance claim. Luckily I had uninsured motorist coverage (everyone should get this) , and a great witness who came to the scene- he was ironically involved in a similar crash and got nothing. Terrible. She did not disclose she has very little to no litigation experience. Had to bring another attorney on my case who bullied me into trying to get my own Drs to write letters because they didn't want to pay for am expert witness. It was truly awful to have them promise an expert witness to insurance company during meeting then they did not provide it.....then tried to wait til last minute and cost me part of my case....i won only part when it would have been full award. This is especially difficult when she was my attorney all that time and didn't read my medical records. She

My husband was in a car accident almost a year ago. He was driving to work in the morning when a dumb driver was turning on a double solid line and t-bone my husband car making the car flip a couple of times. This was his first time ever being hit, it was a very scary situation. The car was a total lost not knowing what to do where to go was a hopeless feeling. Thats when i looked around and search for a chiropractor this was about 5 months passed this incident.
