During her time of restoration on sabbatical, a friend noticed a lump on Cristin's neck that was later confirmed to be four tumors rapidly growing in her neck and thyroid. Her doctors both in Mexico and the United States suggested the typical slew of surgeries and medications. Instead, she chose to explore more natural options and began a journey towards wellness of the mind, body and spirit.
Cristin began meeting with a Naturopath who was the first practitioner to provide answers for the sudden emergence of these growing masses. Her diet radically changed and she had her amalgam fillings removed-detoxification, clean eating and colon hydrotherapy became part of her normal routine. She began practicing yoga and incorporating acupuncture.

Love this place! Cecilia and the entire Saffron & Sage team are absolutely amazing. Super professional staff and the facilities are extremely clean and sanitized. I go in for fire cupping and massage with Cecilia every two weeks and always come out feeling amazing. She listens to my feedback and focuses on any injuries I point out. I’ve been trying different massage/ cupping therapists for years and Cecilia is by far the best in SD.

At Saffron & Sage I attended Stretch Therapy, Meditation Therapy and experienced an Acupuncture session.
First off, the environment is clean, pleasing to the eye and welcoming. The practitioners are warm and wonderful at active listening. They care about what you share and target the needs of your body. I left relaxed, refreshed and ready to take on the world! I would highly recommend visiting Saffron & Sage. I do not live in the San Diego area, but would like to return in the future.
