I got myself into a bad situation, I was looking at prison time and didn't know what to do. A Kern County jury has found a man not guilty of two felony assault charges filed in connection with a fight at Bakersfield Speedway three years ago that left a man with serious head injuries. The jury on Thursday acquitted Kyle Flippo of assault on a person with force likely to produce great bodily injury and battery with serious bodily injury.

Mark helped plead a complicated case down from a strike to a non strike, during Covid, handled everything and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. The case was complicated because the defendant was incarcerated in a different state while the case was resolved. Thanks to mark and thanks to Covid (strange to say) all of it was done pretty much hands off for the defendant. The way it was handled took a huge weight off of everyone involved.
