Contact us today we may be able to assist with getting your Wheelchair or Scooter repairs or rental cost covered by your insurance company. All rentals require a $150 deposit (prices above relect cost for POV with (max weight of 300lbs) If you require a larger chair please call for prices.
Insurance providers require a Doctor's prescription for your medical equipment/repair request. Make sure your doctor puts your "Diagnosis Code or DX" on the script. File Claim After you submit your insurance claim form, we submit your claim electronically (EDI) to your insurance on the same day you submit it.

My mom was made to wait 3 times with no pick up or delivery.. She was supposed to be trading and her heavy weight wheel chair for a lightweight foldable scooter 3 times she was told away from 12 to 8 and they never showed I call to day and gave her new information with her new address and they never called her back this is a disgrace my mother could barely walk you guys should be closed down

Karter's Medical Supply is the best! We were in town for only a few days to visit the museums. Two people in our 4 person party were 80 and 86 years old. To assist with mobility, a friend had suggested we rent scooters rather than relying on the wheelchairs that might or might not be available at the various museums.
We called Karters and they said they would deliver the scooters wherever we wanted and at whatever time! Everything was confirmed via email and they more than delivered on their promise! We changed our time (perhaps twice) and Karters was flexible and fully accomodating.
